Rio Ranch Riding Center offers beginner horse riding lessons for kids in Dripping Springs and the Austin area. English riding lessons —> 1 hour private, 30 minute private or 1 hour group. Lessons are a weekly commitment. Scroll to see our lesson policies at the bottom of this page :)
Join us for our homeschool program! This is a semester long commitment. We meet weekly on Tuesday OR Thursday from 9-1. We are currently full on Tuesdays but still have space on Thursdays! Ages 5+. Enrolling now for fall 2026 semester starting the first week of September. Each day is $110 and payment is due at the begining of the month. Tuition for most months is $440 unless there is an additional tues/thurs that month ($550). Text Jess at 603.892.0707 to sign up!
Private 30 minutes. Text to schedule a time that works best. Ages 1- 4
Thursdays from 10:30-11:30. Ages 1-4. Littles learn to brush, lead, horse safety, pony rides and feed carrots! $55 for a drop in or $200 for a 4 pack (Must be used consecutively). Text to hold your spot. This class is currently TBD!

This is for the rider that does not want to commit to regular riding lessons And just wants to enjoy riding around our field/track. In this class you brush, tack up and ride around our field on the track with an instructor leading you or walking by you. This class is about an hour. Text for more info and to schedule 603.892.0707
To allow for proper scheduling and to ensure the health and well-being of our horses, we require a minimum of 30 days written notice to discontinue services. Tuition is due at the beginning of each month. There is 1 make up lesson allowed every other month; however, missed lessons beyond this will be charged and cannot be rescheduled. This policy helps us carefully manage our lesson schedule so our horses are not overworked and can receive the highest standard of care.
